Delete your Community account.

The app does not require an account. The solver, your rifle profiles, loads, DOPE log, maps and every calculator work with no sign-in at all, and that data never leaves your device except through your own iCloud account.

An account exists only if you opted in to Community — the optional feature for sharing shooting-range spots with other users. If you have never signed in to Community, you have no account with us and there is nothing to delete.

This is immediate and permanent. It takes about ten seconds.

1. Open Zima Ballistics Calculator.
2. Go to More → Community.
3. Sign in if you are signed out.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all of the data listed below are removed in a single database transaction the moment you confirm. You are signed out and no copy is held in a pending or "soft delete" state.

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@zima-logistics.com with the subject "Delete my Community account".

So we delete the right account and only that account, include:

• Email accounts: send the request from the email address you signed up with.
• Sign in with Apple accounts: we deliberately request no name or email from Apple, so we hold no email address for you and cannot match an emailed request to your account. Reinstall the app, sign in with Apple, and use the in-app control above — signing in is the only thing that proves the account is yours. Deleting an account is immediate and permanent, so we will not do it on a request we cannot verify.

We reply to confirm, then complete the deletion within 30 days — in practice almost always within 72 hours. If we cannot verify that the account is yours, we will not delete it, and will ask you to use the in-app control instead.

Everything tied to your account, in one transaction:

• The account itself and its sign-in credential (email or Apple identity link).
• Your Community profile record.
• Every range spot you submitted, including its location, type and notes.
• Every vote you cast on other people's submissions.
• Every vote other people cast on your submissions.
• All active sessions and sign-in tokens.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its submissions afterwards, so if you want a copy of anything you shared, save it before you delete.

Nothing that identifies you. Two narrow exceptions, both standard:

• Encrypted database backups. Routine backups taken before your deletion may still contain a copy until they age out on their normal rotation. They are never used to restore a deleted account and are not queried.
• Aggregate counts. Anonymous usage totals that were never linked to your account or your device stay in our aggregate figures.

If a support email thread exists between us, that email correspondence is retained separately as ordinary business correspondence. Ask us in the same email and we will delete that too.

Deleting your Community account does not touch your rifle profiles, loads, DOPE log or settings — those live on your device and, if you enabled it, in your own iCloud account. We have no access to them and cannot delete them for you.

To remove them, delete the app from your device. On iOS, iCloud copies are managed through Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
