1. Trademarks & affiliation

All product names, reticle names, brand names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site — including but not limited to Trijicon (ACOG), Leupold, Horus Vision, ELCAN, Vortex, Nightforce and every other brand shown in the catalog or used as a preset — are the property of their respective owners.

Zima Logistics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any of these companies. Brand and reticle names are used only descriptively, to identify which reticle a rendering approximates (nominative reference). None of these manufacturers have provided reticle data, artwork, or any other materials to us.

2. Reticle renderings are approximations

Every reticle shown on this site is an independent approximation produced by Zima for illustrative and educational purposes. Renderings, subtensions, proportions and illumination may differ from a manufacturer's actual product, and should not be relied upon as an exact reproduction. Built-in presets in the reticle builder (Trijicon ACOG, Leupold, Horus TREMOR 3, ELCAN and others) are likewise approximate starting points, not official designs.

3. Accuracy & safety

The ballistics solver and simulator produce estimates for planning and education only. Real-world results vary with your rifle, ammunition, conditions and equipment. Always confirm your come-ups and wind holds with live fire before relying on them in the field. Follow all firearm-safety rules at all times. Zima Logistics accepts no liability for any decision, action, or outcome resulting from use of these tools.

4. Reticles you create or share

The reticle builder lets you design and share your own reticles (as files or short share codes). You are solely responsible for the reticles you create and share, and you agree not to use the tool to copy, reproduce or distribute content that infringes a third party's trademark, copyright or other rights — including naming a creation after, or passing it off as, a protected commercial reticle. Shared reticles are transient identifiers for transferring your design; we may remove content we believe is abusive, unlawful, or infringing. Do not upload anything you don't have the right to share.

5. Removal requests & contact

If you are a rights holder and believe a rendering, name, or shared reticle should be changed or removed, contact us at support@zima-logistics.com and we will review the request promptly and in good faith.
